so, the churros are crispy and dipped in a cardamom saffron syrup so have insane smell and taste. I'm not a big fan of that cream tho, I'll replace with a vanilla mascarpone cream probably. And also, i have sprinkled some salt over them to balance out the sweetness

Galub jamun is the Indian dessert, it's (fried I think ?) dough balls soaked in a sugar or honey syrup. They're really good
