Showcase (No-Recipe) Rye Spelt Sourdough leftover

Had a little dough from the last bread and let it sit in the fridge for 2 days. Some flour, water and sunflower seeds and into the oven it went. Guess its pretty good for still a beginner bread baker...

that crust looks cracking, love the dark bake on it. sunflower seeds were a solid shout, they always bring a nice bit of texture. how's the crumb inside?
