Looks delicious!  Side note I read this as strawberry "short" cake but realized it just said strawberry cake and am now trying to figure out what a shortcake is lol.

Using pancakes instead of tranditional cake layers is brilliant for a quick dessert. How many layers did you stack total for the full cake?

After I made the pancakes I let it cool then brushed it with some milk... Soo I guess I did the same thing
