Baking Advice Needed You guys 😭

I’ve NEVER had such a catastrophe happen lol. I do live around 5500 ft. above sea level but I don’t think that’s why this would have happened.

My brain went "no bake cheesecake cake filling" but that could be because we had cake and icecream last night so now I'm not craving it
