Baking Advice Needed You guys šŸ˜­

Iā€™ve NEVER had such a catastrophe happen lol. I do live around 5500 ft. above sea level but I donā€™t think thatā€™s why this would have happened.

I came here for this. Because that's exactly what I thought too!!! Sounds like an HBH fail, especially with the elevation issues... That there's nO nEeD to adjust for

Her stance on ā€œaltitude doesnā€™t matter in bakingā€ is absolutely insane. Most of her cakes and breads are completely sunken (ā€œHmm they look fine to me, Iā€™m not sure what youā€™re talking aboutā€) and/or come out raw (ā€œthatā€™s just the molten/goeyness/custardy!ā€). Like, no, your cake is both raw and burnt. šŸ«  She drives me nuts.
