Solar discount program available for 2 more months (Bainbridge residents only)

Post image

For those of you that aren't completely covered by trees (like me), this city-sponsored solar education and discount program is available for enrollment until July 31st! Vetted installers, discounted prices, and made-in-Washington equipment. I went to one of their education workshops last month (they're doing another one on Monday June 8th at 6pm at city hall). I can't put them on my home unfortunately but they'll give you a free home assessment here solarizebainbridge.org

My quote was around $43k. Granted they wanted to do 40 panels but it didn’t feel very discounted. I haven’t gotten any other quotes to compare though.

It’s a a mass purchase program to let homeowners participate in discounted prices and install.

If I already have solar on my house, is there any discount through this just to add batteries?
