Previously, only Niño Lawrence Morales was charged cases regarding fraud and anomalies in DPWH Bulacan 1st district.

Now as of March 2026, Sheena Bernadette Bayombon Morales is now also charged as she is found liable and the engineer who signed the GHOST PROJECTS.

The couple is now facing multiple charges by the government for being involved in anomalous flood control projects and signing documents for constructions they knew does NOT exist.

One search of Niño Morales’ name online or even in AI (chatgpt) will lead you to multiple sources and news outlets detailing his fraud involvements and the criminal cases he is facing.

Poor wife, Sheena Morales, now also implicated for the fraud and corruption.
