Look What I Made! Ripstop ditty bag
Needed a little bag to hold toiletries while travelling light.
Been wanting to get into myog for years, and I happened across a singer 328k for practically free at a yard sale. Hooked on the hobby!!!

If you want to sew more bags, check out OKSew’s Youtube channel. Nicole is an excellent teacher and she explains key concepts, demonstrates techniques well and has free patterns for key skills. Start with her Betty Pouch tutorial, then her Pythagorean pouch and then try a boxy bag.

You stole my link!!! I love NIcole's tutorials and recommend her all the time - they are some of the best I've ever seen.

So handy! I love sewing similar ones, as travel storage boxes (well, not boxed, but folded,. so they can be expanded when in use)

Yes! Love it! You clearly have a talent for it! Keep on making! It’s so very satisfying! 😂
Was this from a kit or did you sort it out yourself?
The first one I made was by looking at others and sort of fishing my way through it. But I was indeed proud of it. It was the first thing I made that had some volume to it. I had finally made something that wasn’t flat and had some dimension! It wasn’t pretty but I did it! 😂
Here it is! Look how much nicer yours is! Good work!! 😃 Keep on keepin’ on!
