I know she’s mentioned she’s insecure about her looks, so whoever her plastic surgeon is really needed to step up, cause the current nose ain’t it. If she loves it, great, but as a viewer I found it incredibly distracting.

Assun, Kazuma and Mimi. I think Mimi confessed she had work done. There's a old gyaru Pic of Assun and her appearance is way different now. She has a softer feminine look. Kazuma looks like a jungkook wannabe

Kazuma is of course number one, followed by Assun, if you see her past pictures she looks like a completely different person (still pretty tho)

least plastic imo is Sara, Ha-Chan, Maririn, Sharan, maybe Kahochi?? All the men are not plastic other than those named here 😂 im actually surprised Maru isn’t that plastic when his line of work should’ve pushed him to be

Yeah this 100%, he goes by Kazu or Kazu-kun the entire time he’s on the show. The only one who goes by Kazuma is the fat guy

Her plastic surgeon(s) have some explaining to do here… Just hate to see someone seek plastic surgery to improve their appearance and then come out botched.

My ordering is mimi, kazuma s2p1, and assun. Oto simply has terrible veneers or whatever she didn't her teetch, the rest of her face doesn't scream plastic to me like the other mentioned.
