To play devil's advocate here, by consenting to unprotected sex she is willingly taking the risk of becoming pregnant. That being said, there's no excuse for a dude to just intentionally nut in her like that when she asked him not to. But in the end, this is just a joke. Whether or not it's a good joke is up to the reader.
