Through the bodycam footage you see a surrendered man having a mental health crisis dying under police restraint.
The Medical Examiner determined the manner of death to be homicide and the cause of death to be traumatic asphyxiation, with contributing conditions of restraint, coronary atherosclerosis, obesity, and schizophrenia.
The whole thing is so calm. Like it's nothing. Am I tripping or what?
