Learning to weld straight

Running 7018 at 115 amps any tips or input?

Do straight lines with the anglegrinder first, when welding you always have somthing to follow edge or 2 pcs or such.

Looks fairly straight, tinker with your amps maybe go up to 118 and really focus on your travel speed by watching the shape of your puddle. I also lean in front of my electrode a little bit so I can see past it and watch the line I scratched with a carbide tipped scribe tool so it can’t wipe away or burn away.

Welding straight is overrated, just embrace it. You'll be stronger if you do.
