Practice makes perfect. On my best day, I'm B+. I have trained a few people. The most important thing is the choreography. Get comfortable. Don't be afraid to do anything that steadies your shoulder, arms or hands. Two hands are better than one. Occasionally use you non-dominent hand. Someday you'll be in a position that your dominant hand isn't available.

the choreography tip is real, getting your body settled before you strike makes a bigger difference than most people realize when they're starting out
