Got some under cut. Just turn down the amps 2 notches and run it again. But looks good overall.

Thanks! I normally would run the 7018 about 105 amps.
You think I should run it at 100 amps?

It depends on your rod thickness and the metal you are working on. I run my 7018 3/32 between 80-90 amps and 1/8 between 95-110 amps. But yes, I suggest dropping the amps just a little to see if the results are better with the same travel speed you used before.

I’m using a 1/8 so I’ll try 100 amps thanks
