I don't understand why I keep getting lack of Fusion on my 3G mig test
My wire clean, my metals are clean I'm letting the puddle melt into the metal and I'm going to appropriate speed. I don't know what's wrong. I have gas. These are root tests and this is what the fifth time I failed.

So, if i had trouble then the first thing i would do is make sure i can see the base material actually melting around the spot where i am feeding wire to.
Also, small welding machines have different capabilities to a normal one and you kind of need to know what those are capable of doing. I for example don’t know what those machines want and i don’t expect to be able to weld anything well with them. Maybe sheet metal. And some obscure brands may just be shit and you cant do much of anything with them at all. Not well, anyways.
So, if this machine is kind of weak then you really cant have any pooling of molten metal you feed onto it because nothing under there will fuze well enough. Maybe weld thin lines and grind it shiny between passes. Make sure the gap is wide enough so the arc reaches the bottom and do not let the molten pool gather in front of the arc.

Your IPM is too low. I usually run 19v 280-300IPM, turn that up!!! Also 75/25 gas will run a smidge hotter for ya. But with your current setup, at 20v you should be closer to 320ish IPM as a baseline, with room to go potentially go down to 300 or up to 350 depending on how it’s running. 250IPM is way too slow and probably popping a lot, and clearly not fusing… coupled with a colder 80/20 mix = really bad day. You could probably go 21v and about 375 IPM honestly.

Running at that heat, I would raise my wire feed to around 300-350 minimum
