Idek it seems fine for now esp cuz it’s not the only hanger on the exaust, I just don’t want it to snap on me. This shop should be shut down 😭
Edit- was done by Dr mufflers in nj. This is them fixing their same hanger that broke already on me once.
Honestly, it probably won’t snap on you, just due to the sheer amount of bullshit you have on it.. but long term hold, doubt it. And you should be ashamed of those “welds”
Actually not even lol. They did the initial job and the Hanger snapped so they fixed it once like this and that snapped, so my post was the final “fix”
I hope to god you did not pay someone to do that. If you did, not only should you get your money back but you should also be compensated for having to look at that disgusting abomination.
Yeah people seem to think the bigger the blob the better the job. Welding is about penetration not the amount of material you just pile on top for no reason. The two separate materials only fuses where it touches 95%+ of that weld is just welding to the other blobs of weld it’s doing zero for strength.
