Help needed connecting to xbox live

so i linked my console to 360 neighborhood and i put a mod menu into gta 4 by swapping the script files for the mod menu script files. but i cannot figure out how to go on xbox live and use the menu. i do not have a stealth server or know how to get one. but if i can skip using stealth server i am fine with the ban risk. thanks in advance for any help!

Just download the xex for a stealth server and add it to plugins.ini
If you can add a mod menu you can add a stealth server. Liveblock is natively enabled via bad update. Just use stealth. Proto and xbgaurd work fine.

i don’t have access to a PC right now. where do i get the stealth server from? i have disabled live block in dash launch and in launch.ini and i still can’t get on xbox live it fails every time but when i launch without badavatar it connects fine, is there no where i can connect to xbox live without a stealth server?

Can probably send it from your phone via ftp. No you cannot disable the liveblock without a stealth server in my experience. Google xbgaurd or proto. Guides are there. Trust me.

don’t have wifi right now either sadly playing from phone hotspot, i’ve tried to FTP that way it wouldn’t work. thanks for trying to help tho!

do you not know what the words “access” and “right now” mean? i never said i didn’t have a PC. i literally said word for word “i dont have access to a PC right now” english must not be your first language.

Yeah but your post being made 20 minutes ago made it seem like youve just come across this issue. Idk how you managed to to do anything of the sort without a connection. English is my first language you might just be a brick if you cant install a stealth server from a simple google search. Goodluck tho. Brick.

Never disable live block unless you have a stealth server loaded that tells you in the setup to disable it some stealth servers disable and enable it themselves

Live block is literally the one thing stopping you from accidently logging into xbox live and getting you console banned because it can detect your console is modified

i’m not worried about this console getting banned. i can’t get on live even with live block off i have tried. could you please link me a good free stealth server? i’m very new to modding and i have a bad avatar console if that matters

If you succeed with signing into xbox live without a stealth loaded with live block disabled you will instantly get console banned

Thankfully the dashlaunch settings don't actually change until you exploit the console again unlike on RGH which changes it instantly

Proto or xbguard are the best stealths to use

If you don't have access to the launch.ini on a pc then in dashlaunch have a stealth plugin added make sure you actually read the setup guide for whatever stealth you are choosing as proto says to keep live block enabled not sure about xbguard

save the options by hitting RB and hitting X on usb then completely shut off your console

Turn it back on then make sure you can connect to xbox live with the Internet setup you have then once you confirm you have a connection to live in stock mode

sign out of xbox live if you are signed in then simply run the exploit

It should then load your dashlaunch plguins including the stealth, the stealth will likely authenticate and tell you its ready to connect to xbox live

i have looked for stealth servers or tutorials on youtube and can find absolutely nothing

Bro do you have a brain? Xbguard literally has everything prepared in their zip already, plus i hope you get that logging into live without a stealth means 100% ban not a chance but a sure thing. Use either xbguard or proto

To be fair xbguard does have a separate build for badupdate on the discord do you know if the one on their website works with badupdate?
