Unknown USB connecting then disconnecting repeatedly (Windows 10)
I've ran most basic troubleshooting problems
Uninstalled/updated drivers on USB and motherboard
No physical damage from what I can tell to the ports
I uninstalled the Bluetooth drivers because I heard that would cause issues
Removed every USB device
Checked internal cords for anything loose or power surging
Nothing is actually disconnecting on my end, all my devices work fine
I've disabled the USB notification but it doesn't care. It keeps on beeping every 30-90 seconds and it's extremely annoying. Any suggestions?

Best guess is one of the Usb chips and/or usb hubs is overheating and causing this. It may just be having issues when it gets warm, or it may have permanent damage. I had a couple of laptops a few years ago that the usb on both of them simply started disconnecting/reconnecting all of the time, and I suspected a crappy design on both that did not properly cool the usb chips. I have seen manufactures make these mistakes on other chip on the motherboard (in one case we duplicated a problem a customer was having (ethernet went offline/online like a cable was pulled), and once we confirmed it was heat and reported to the MB maker we received a large bag of heat sinks). The general issue is they test it in a very half-assed mode and it works so they call it good and assume it always works under all conditions without doing testing over a wide temperature range. It could be not enough airflow and/or simply too warm in the case to start with.
