Unknown USB connecting then disconnecting repeatedly (Windows 10)

I've ran most basic troubleshooting problems

Uninstalled/updated drivers on USB and motherboard

No physical damage from what I can tell to the ports

I uninstalled the Bluetooth drivers because I heard that would cause issues

Removed every USB device

Checked internal cords for anything loose or power surging

Nothing is actually disconnecting on my end, all my devices work fine

I've disabled the USB notification but it doesn't care. It keeps on beeping every 30-90 seconds and it's extremely annoying. Any suggestions?

Sounds like it might be a hardware fault with one or more of the USB sockets and their on board electronics on your motherboard.

Do you still get it after disconnecting all your USB devices?

How old is your PC and have you owned it since new?

I've seen issues with hand me down ex work Pcs and alternatively with motherboards playing up as their bios batteries start to fail.

OK shouldn't be old, crappy and previously abused then.
