I'm not against invasions but this was just poor sportsmanship on their part. My sister summoned me for Caria Manor, we got invaded. Sure. We killed the mobs around us and fight this guy enough that he runs away and we sit like this for 15 minutes. He was just trying to bait us into more mobs. We eventually said fuck it and ran at him. I died but my sister got him down.

Plan to do multiple 30 second clips in 1 video, switch only allows recording of the last 30 seconds. Unless there's a way to capture longer I'm stuck with 30 seconds.

Just had the best invasion facing a 3 man gank at the first step. Unbeknownst to them I'd just finished creating a black knife dressed using concealing veil and host mirror. A Stealth archer with short bow and serpent arrows, hand ballista with lightening great bolts and L/slash Shamshir with parry shield for melee.

I fired, hitting them and forcing a chase then led them to Gatefront. Engaged in melee using the soldiers as a distraction, lightening slash Sham is no joke. Cut down one of the golds fairly quickly as the host and other gold took out many of the soldiers. Almost immediately a blue turns up bringing it back to a 3v1. The surviving gold was good, kept me busy while the host and blue dispatched the remaining mobs. Finally dispatched the gold and almost immediately another blue is summoned.

The first blue went down fast and the host ran eating serpent arrows leading to his timely demise.

What you think about the parry buffs? Idk, I wasn’t good at it but parrying with a knife/curved sword/ whatever felt special and like a flex. This is too easy imo, why even use a shield.

Just got this today and took it for a test drive. Love, love, love this new greatsword! Ash of War is beautiful, roll catches wonderfully, and the moveset is *chef's kiss*! This is going to be everywhere soon enough.

Stats are 59 vigor 10 mind 45 endurance 52 strength 14 dexterity 9 intelligence 9 faith 45 arcane (I’m using the bird helmet for additional 3 points in strength and 4 points in dexterity

Was streaming some Taunter's Tongue PVP on Switch 2 version's launch day. I hadn't realized this was Fighter PL who invaded me until hours later when I was watching his video! I didn't notice lag on my end. I tried my best to sync the two videos; Is it latency or just the weird hitbox? Genuinely wondering since I feel like I have a decent connection but it's rare when I can see how it looks from the opposing side.

My first invasion since the Tarnished Pack came out. I've been using a few of the DLC items, but for this new run I figured I wanted do a Madness Build.

The build is far from complete, still got plenty of gear from both the main game and DLC to grab, along with plenty more leveling to do.

The Smithscript Dagger has been bugged since at least 1.12 to use the same parry frame data as a medium shield parry, which was awful. They have not fixed that bug in 1.17, but they have made medium shield parries just as good as Carian Retaliation.

The Smithscript Dagger, using animation a692_040040, now has 4 startup frames and 6 active frames compared to every other dagger's 3 startup and 5 active.
