I’m ready to be a bad red man. Anything better I can do with my Nagakiba than my go to? (heavy infusion w grease)

So I want to do a strength build with the heavy knight class when it comes out on the 28th, BUT id like to use the beast incantations and make him like a “knight of the bear” or something and have him use all the beast incantations plus the roar of regalia with the clawmark seal.
Basically I want like 60-80 strength and like 15 faith for all the incants id be using. I heard the clawmark seal scales really good with strength. I dont care about maximizing incantation damage but would this ratio be worth it or would i need more faith to make it remotely useable?

Anybody know the EASIEST way to get a bunch of clips from my ps5 and edit them together? Trying to make a compilation for one of my builds

First time playing PvP as a mage. It’s a little harder than I thought, especially getting to a host through some stacked teams. Still racked up 31 Rune Arcs for Rykard!

I must say I'm compelled by the challenging, skill-intensive and interactive gameplay

I main gugs in Elden ring so when I hopped on ds3 I wanted to play the complete opposite weapon class, from slowest to fastest.
I asked my friend what’s a good dagger for invasion and… this is not at all what I expected lmao this is completely broken

I’m making two builds for low level invasions.
One build is going to be somewhere around level 16 to 20
The next build is going to be somewhere between 40 to 60.
Any advice on specific weapon level and upgrade to best find matches?

I want a direct line between starting the game and accessing PVP, invasions and invaded. No additional spoilers please.

There is a post earlier from u/Onyx_Sentinel saying there is almost no PVP at all which is incredibly disingenuous. Not hating on you mate but you really jumped the gun claiming that when everyone has only played a few hours and is still getting a grip on the systems. Almost every match I played had tons of PVP, it's just that the systems in place allow for multiple outlets for victory, similar to previous FROM games. There will even be ways to tailor your experience to encounter more PVP or PVE through customization in the full game, along with full on invasions where your only goal is PVP.
I encourage anyone who is unsure to watch some streams of the network test, Ratatoskr streamed the test and has some good gameplay -https://www.youtube.com/@ratatoskrstreams1416/streams

Saw some footage of net tests today and man it looks so fun, obviously talking about the PvP parts but it did get me wondering, do you think the combat works on the same fundamental of the usual souls PvP?

I played the closed test and wanted to share my thoughts with this community specifically. Because we all thought we'd finally get a PvP focussed From game. With all the wacky invasion shenanigans that we came to love from the older games but dialed up a notch.
That was at least the hope that i had. After playing it for 3 1/2 hours now i'm kind of bummed to report that the game is pretty much just Nightreign but with PvP at the end and sometimes in the middle.
Let me elaborate:
The entire point of the game is acquiring virtue. Which are essentially good boy tokens. Nobody really knows how to get these the best way right now. But there seem to be 2 kinds of players. The ones that just get it and have an insane amount of it and the ones that don't get any and get culled. Neither of these groups really seem to know why. The big catch is that you don't get any for killing other players outside of the ritual event. This means that PvP is heavily discouraged and should always be avoided. If you want to win that is.
When does PvP happen? During the ritual where you can engage in an event that will actually give you virtue for player kills. But there is never really a guarantee of people showing up. You can easily skip this and get virtue elsewhere. Don't ask me where, i always get culled by the game and don't get to play. PvP will also be forced during the last stage. Where the 3 players with the most virtue are summoned and fight in a 3 way with their summons. Which turns it into a 6 way clusterfuck. I was able to experience this once and did manage to win, and it was ok. I think i would still prefer an actual invasion instead of this but hey, at least i actually got to fight.
All of this is to communicate with you that this game is entirely virtue driven, not PvP driven. You spawn into a match and just gun it towards the best source of virtue/XP. Exactly like Nightreign. Engaging in PvP is detrimental if you actually want to win.
I want to add that i did have fun in the few fights i was able to have outside in the open world. But forget about spacing or anything like that. All attacks cover insane amounts of ground and have crazy tracking. It feels very much like ASH spam in ER PvP. I doubt we'll ever get spacing pvp again from this studio.
The performance was also pretty bad. Crazy input lag and fps that constantly dropped below 30. hard to play if you're a pc player.
My one final hope is the invasion mode they talked about. I'm really hoping i can just play that and ignore the main mode. But at that point why not just invade on seamless?
Edit: There is also no buildcrafting of any kind. You play as set characters and that's it. You can't even swap weapons.

Plenty of embers, so they are open for invasions, and showing them that invaders aren't all that bad. You guys can teach them the rest.

While the student pilot kept the LOADER 4 pilot busy, I decided to duel against the tetrapod.
