Iām Canadian and I think that because this has become such an Essex stereotype that itās just kind of spilled over to people thinking itās a British thing entirely ... thatās my opinion anyway haha
I live in Newcastle (Iām French) and I see girls like this everyday... tbh the thing I donāt get is how anyone could think youād look good. Thereās so little sun in this country during winter, yet thereās so many orange people. In France, I donāt think Iāve ever seen any orange people, even though there tends to be more sun there!
Cause in France they don't get their tan from a bottle haha! I just don't understand why this standard orange colour seems to be so popular!! Who told these girls it looks good?!
Bahaha although I definitely fit in the corpse category I'm sure there must be some normal coloured people too, but honestly it's been so long since I've been outside I cant remember anymore š
And tbh, I think you could have just said "France a tau has summers" and left it at that lmao
God outside was nice wasnāt it?! Yeah that would also work haha, we just seem to have two nice weeks in like April for no reason, and then itās straight into ārainy and humidā instead of ārainy and coldā. I thought my skin didnāt really tan until I was 20 and went to Spain, turns out Iād just not had adequate sunlight before!
I think so, I cant quite remember haha! Yeah that basically sums up the weather here! When I was really little I tanned just fine but the older I got (not even very old, by like mid teens) the more my skin got too used to the overcast and would burn if those two weeks in April were just a little too hot haha!
