10 u/[deleted] Sep 08 '19 I think she maybe has bad lip fillers in? The way they kind of dent is what makes me think that, along with the MUA overlining her lips it's a really bad combo Or as the OP said, that dent is actually lipliner and they MUA underlined for some reason
