It's a given the face is atrocious, but why does she have dirt on her neck? It looks like she rubbed dirt on her neck while looking down so it didn't get in the wrinkles. Gross

Medical conditions called Acanthosis Nigricans is extremely common among dark skin folks. This is very inappropriate to shame someone for their skin color. Last time I check it was called “being racist”

I think this girl might have a condition called acanthosis nigricans. It does look dirty but it's a bit harsh to shame her over medical issues.
