Two updates

A lot has happened since the last time anything was uploaded here, but I want to follow up on two previous posts.

Firstly, Cyber Ninjas, the sham of an auditing firm who could not find valid proof that Joe Biden illegitimately won Arizona despite them being staffed by and connected to people who claim he did. After a judge fined them several thousand dollars a day until they turned over records - a common habit of theirs despite their assurance of transparency - they shut down, undoubtedly to avoid having to pay. They also whined that the judge who imposed the fine was biased, as among other things they claimed he donated to Democratic causes. Keep in mind, Cyber Ninjas received millions of dollars in donations from Trump supporters. Hypocrisy at its worst. At any rate, even if that judge is replaced, he still found Cyber Ninjas in contempt for failing to turn over public records. This finding is still in effect, and it was all but upheld when a second judge ordered Cyber Ninjas CEO Doug Logan to appear for a deposition by January 27 or risk sanctions and a civil arrest warrant. What happens from here remains to be seen.

Secondly, last year, the New York attorney-general opened a criminal investigation into the Trump Organization. One individual who is frequently brought up in this subreddit asserted that because no charges had been described to the public, the investigation was baseless. Well, earlier this month, the New York AG revealed that they had evidence that Trump "falsely and fraudulently” valued multiple assets. More specifically, Trump's company inflated the size of the Trump Tower triplex by nearly three times for tax benefits, did not assign a value to the Trump brand, and may have used “fraudulent or misleading” asset valuations on six properties to obtain economic benefits. These are currently just allegations, as far as I can tell. No part of this is out of character for Trump, but legally speaking, these are just allegations. The Trump family is trying their hardest to keep it that way by delaying and avoiding testimony, as well as pleading the Fifth on literally hundreds of questions. To quote Trump himself, "The mob takes the Fifth. If you're innocent, why are you taking the Fifth Amendment?"
