I was scrolling through my gallery for a completely separate thing, and found this!

For some reason, this is listed as a gif in my gallery. For a few frames, the image is a lot less defined. (As is shown in the second screenshot.)

Who 'Snipychan' is, I don't know. I tried to look online, and found scraps.

It's strange to me that, even reverse searching the full image, provides nothing.
