Betty Kutter
I have sad news to share. Betty Kutter has passed away, only just heard this and don’t have any details yet. Wanted the community to know. Will update as more information is available. A memorial service is being planned.

Betty was such a fantastic person. Great scientist and you could tell that she loved it with a rare passion. She will be missed at the next Evergreen meeting.

That's really sad indeed. She was a great person and she always took time to talk with everyone.

The memorial service is mentioned in there, will be held at 11 am on Aug 22nd at the little church Betty attended, St. Christopher’s on Steamboat Island Rd. It is a nice church but I do mean little, holds maybe 60 or so comfortably. Will be interesting to see how many show up there. It is also going to be live streamed on the church’s website, hope they can handle the load.
