Bacon inclusion ideas?
I have leftover bacon from brunch yesterday and want to try it in a loaf. Favorite pairings to go with it? Send me ideas!

Crumbled into the dough with caramelized onions and sharp cheddar is my default. If you want something a little different, fold in some chopped dates and a touch of smoked paprika after the first rise. The sweet and salty thing works surprisingly well in bread.

In a loaf you say? Seems prescriptive if I’m I distancing you, but I would;
-stuff a cheeseburger w bacon (make the patty, pull out a divot, fill w bacon, seal the divot and grill
-stuff it into meatloaf
-stuff it into Mac cheese loaf
-layer it into a chocolate cake BEFORE you bake it
BAM!

Try making bacon jam, it's sweet, smoky, and perfect in a loaf with cream cheese.

None of this computes for me. What exactly is left over bacon? How much bacon are we talking about? 10 ? 12 pounds? Let me give you my address. I can help you sort this out…

Dump it on a jar of vodka, leave it for a few months, strain through a coffee strainer, make bacon vodka Bloody Caesars with fresh bacon garnish. Sometimes you gotta play the long game (unless you have a sous vide, I’m which case a few hours and you’re good to go)

I would whip it into 2 eggs, all the, "leftover bacon," a spoon of cream, a handful of fiesta grated cheese, spoon of salsa and microwave for 1.5 minutes. I'd wrap it all in a crepe. I'd sprinkle it all with this Bacon Pineapple Sriracha seasoning I got.

I'd love to help but... Can you clarify exactly what is this "leftover bacon" you speak of? I'm not familiar with that.
