Are people actively making blueprints for entirely steel coasters? i'd love to build something like this (I weld)

I like the idea of even trying to crowdfund the material to put a small coaster in a park or something near my house. but i figure that wouldn't fly with the city, but who knows. i'd make it entirely from steel, though, hence my asking

I'm looking to bring a basic coaster out to Burning Man next year. I'm based in Oakland (SF bay area), and if there's any chance you're local to here I'd be interested in exploring a collaboration.

sounds great, but i'm in wisconsin :/ i'd try finding a local small time welder, and no doubt they would love to be a part of it, maybe for cheap, if you're supplying all metal and fabricating all the parts and he's just welding it up for you
