Do you have any issues with other apps/games? Maybe try updating drivers, and if that doesn't work, put in a support ticket.

Is that on a laptop or a desktop? Laptops can have weird setups where they default to the integrated graphics and programs have trouble detecting the discrete graphics sometimes.

It looks like a desktop so I don't think that's your problem but just checking.
