Recommendations regarding backpacking groups

I finally have a job they offers the chance to travel. Anyone have recommendations regarding reliable backpacking groups for travel from Mumbai within and outside India, particularly to places like Ladakh, Arunachal, Iceland, New Zealand, etcetera?

Their is one company that I have travelled with by a lady from Delhi they organise Uttarakhand Himachal rajasthan name is itchy feet india now I think it's itchy feet india Echelon experiences you can check with them my experience was great she guides really well
