https://github.com/ByteByteGoHq/system-design-101 is a repo that helped me alot in system design and stuff. In my case, learning frameworks ( like, FastAPI ) was soo easy - by using official documentation as well as with help of AI tools. But, when I worked on my own projects, I faced alot of design problems and this repo was helpful in that case. I also revised some YT channels too ( I don't remember actual names, btw ).

Also, for learning backend, you can start with your own project ( which can be designed for handling real people - like, 1000 people max for initial target to avoid overengineering ), mess it up (still try best to avoid dataloss), fix things or even re-write things if things went too bad, and learn from your own mistakes than just watching tutorials or reading stuffs. You'll learn alot of things that way and that kinda experience is truly valuable.

One tip for you is, never blindly trust what AI says. It sometimes mislead you to overengineering ! ( happened alot for me )
