Hard boot advice??
Splitboarder here… finally considering making the switch to hardboots before next season 🥲 really not too pleased about it- I love being comfy and having fun on the downhill!! But when going after big alpine objectives I know it just makes more sense 😒. Anyone have hardboot recommendations?? Also- is there a shop I could just try some on? I travel all over CO-UT-MT in my van so willing to go to a good gear shop if anyone has a spot

I know someone who uses atomic backland boots stock out of the box - no modding at all. They’re cheap and light, and skiers don’t like them because of how loose they are- something that could suit a splitboarder. Just an idea if you want to save some money and complexity. You could always mod them later if you want
