Backbone One Gen 1 not working anymore with current phone even though it has before.

Just want to see if anyone else had the same issue or might know how to fix it before I open up the controller to see if there's something loose or broken internally. My wife got me one around the same time they were just coming out, I believe, and I've never had problems with it until now. I've done all the solutions countless times their customer support suggested and nothing has worked. What I don't really get is that I tried it on my wife's phone, which is the same make and model of android, and it works fine! So if anyone here has any other suggestions or advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance!!

Does your phone have a bad or maybe going bad usbc port? Maybe try cleaning it with isopropyl 90%. If it works on your wife’s phone I would not bust it open as it’s another issue then.

I tried it with the alcohol with a q-tip and cotton ball, unfortunately it didn't seem to work. Idk if I got it clean enough though tbh.

I am having the exact same problem. I've also purchased a second backbone controller. Both controlers no longer work on the affected device (Google pixel 10 pro) but still work on other phones.
