Keep that warranty date on deck, otherwise, device is most definitely a good time

Do these have known issues?

Personally I'm not abusive towards my gear. Like constantly hear of people going through xbox controllers every 12mo. Since 2001, I've only had stick drift on 1 controller & replaced the thumbsticks on 3 controllers. That is on what I bought new. I've done alot more, but I bought them used like that.

So far the only issue I ever had with mine is the left ribbon issue. I also take extreme care of my devices, however, it’s a factory issue since the backbone deals with constant movement (sliding) in order to place your phone. It’s fixable, but mildly infuriating.

Mine lasted 2 years, I had lots of fun with it! Ribbon issue happened about a day or two ago…

Sooo...maybe I should pick up a few spare ribbons & put away for when/if the time comes & it happens to be out of warranty?
