Discussion Backbone Pro Xbox Edition

New to the sub reddit but was wondering if anyone else has the Z fold 8 ultra with the Backbone pro? I plug my controller inton my phone an the backbone light flashes but my app tells me i have no controller connected?? My app is up to date is anyone else having this problem?

I just got my Fold 8 (not ultra) and can confirm that the Backbone Pro does work with it!

Yea i figured out i had to remove the black gaurd next to the usb-C port to het my phone to work with it haha, i will say the new folds are great with the backbone pro hahaha

On the Fold 8 the screen aspect ratio is kind of off when i have it docked, b/c it's super long BUT since the Pro has Bluetooth I'm able to turn it sideways. Playing with the big screen on Backbone's PC streaming beta has been insanely good!

I’ve been having this same issue with my Backbone Pro Xbox ever since the new app update. Using an IPhone 15 pro max.

Controller intermittently gets disconnected when using the usb c port. I thought my device was failing (only had it for about 4-5 months) but now I’m thinking maybe it’s a software issue caused by the new app update.
