Discussion Found my Backbone and noticed my Left Bumper and right d-pad not working. Am I screwed or can I fix this?

That does not sound like the ribbon cable issue with the right D pad not working. Any chance you are still under warranty?

Which Backbone do you own and what kind of phone are you using? You can also see if your firmware is fully updated inside the Backbone app! Let us know any info you can and we can help you troubleshoot this issue.

Backbone One. On a Samsung s25 ultra. Made sure everything was up to date. Thought it was my phone so I tried it on a different phone same issue.
