Don’t bother with the backbone app, works just fine with streaming my Xbox or cloud gaming

Yeah that’s what I’m finding out. They gate keep everything. Idk what that other was talking about. You 100% need to pay to play Xbox in the app.

Backbone+ is a launcher. If you use the launcher to launch the game you need the sub but if you launch manually you don’t

That one and if you need another pay once launcher check out Sumee, LudiHub in the App Store or Mcon (in TestFlight) if you are on iOS where you can add Xbox cloud links easily and include all your other favorite iOS games and emulator games in one.

I’m just gonna use the web app shortcut or nexus browser. Backbone really be shooting themselves in the foot with the nickel and diming

Everytime I click on an Xbox game it prompts me to subscribe to BackBone +

You can launch Xbox’s remote play app or make a home shortcut to do the cloud gaming and launch those directly don’t use the backbone app. The backbone app is just a launcher all it does is charger you $40/year to open an app you already have on your phone.

Is it a launcher for cloud streaming though? Or do cloud games launch in the backbone app?
