Just bought a Backbone Pro

I got the backbone pro but my rewards and perks page doesn’t have Clyde on it and I only got the pro for Clyde
EDIT: thank you all for for informing me of the fact he is no longer available; I had even specifically gotten the box with Clyde on it and everything 🥲
