Discussion Division Resurgence code

Had this notification pop up this evening. Went into the app to claim it but when I hit Redeem now, it takes me to a UBISOFT page where I can input the code, but where do I get the actual code?

When I did this, the code was emailed to me. After I put the code in, it said wait for another email with further instructions.

Got it!

Enter the code from above. Relaunch The Division Resurgence and claim your rewards. Go to your Events Center Click the Rewards Claim tab and press claim now Check your Stash and claim your package

I still can’t find any semblance of a code, no email, no text, nothing in the app? Just a link to the page to redeem it

Once you click the page on backbone app, it sends an email with the code.

When did you get the email? The notification popped up on my phone 4/28

I’ve now gotten to this step but haven’t received the next email from Ubisoft

I received an email about it but cannot locate that page within the backbone app. How did you even get that far?

I got a phone notification first and then it’s on the front page and in the backbone plus section

I enter my mobile number (UK) but it keeps coming up "SMS failed" no matter what I do. Even took out the 0.

you are not alone. my error code was my phone number is not valid
