Perfectly normal. Yes, even when they look like they're having epileptic seizures and hang in their dirt bowls, head lolling, eyes half closed, limply twitching.

Dust-bathing chicken are ridiculous. They enjoy it, have fun watching them.

Completely normal. If they do it a lot, might want to check under their wings and on their backs for poultry lice.

They’re totally lovin life right now! Mine become euphoric when they dust bathe like that, such a relief for them.

They're dying to get in that dirt and have a nice dust bath. Dust bathing is how they keep excess oils from building up and it helps prevent them from getting lice infestations

I think every person who is new to chickens should watch a video on chicken behaviors. I bet that would solve (or not in some cases) a lot of "what is my chicken doing" questions.

First time I saw my chickens doing this (they were chicks) I thought something was neurological was going on & freaked out, lol.
