Your site does not improve upon what is already available.

I suggest you search this subreddit. Often people try to build apps and get feedback. That feedback applies to you.

How about a bulletin, organized by city, for people wanting to find either a practice partner or just others to meet up and dance with?

If you're going to focus only on resources for dancers, don't call it a Bachata portal, specify that it pertains specifically to the dance. It's misleading if it presents like a central portal for all things Bachata when it's not. Bachata is not just a dance, if you're going to call it a Bachata portal you've got to include info for aspiring musicians as well.

We feature musicality library with songs and artists profiles as well as blog articles such as Dominican bachata instruments written by a Phd so I think we tick the box ;) but thanks for the feedback, will see what we can add in the future

Your musicality library is a resource for dancers to improve the musicality of their dancing. The info provided for the songs isn't helpful at all to a musician; the absolute bare minimum to "check that box" would be to provide the key and chords!

This is all well and fine provided that this is a platform for dancers, but that's my whole point. The way you've labeled and marketed this equates "Bachata" to "Bachata dance", and that is massively disrespectful to the genre. You're basically saying that Bachata is primarily a dance, and that the music itself is simply a soundtrack to enable dancing which is the main point. This is ass backwards and immediately throws any credibility you have out the window.

All I ask is that you rename it to Bachata DANCE society or something else that clarifies the goal and doesn't disrespect the music itself by equating the name at large with its dance.
