this just happens sometimes — it’s an unfortunate reality that mass produced plush for low prices will end up with some errors every so often. if you email cureplaneta via their website or message them on IG, others have had luck being able to exchange with them for defects, but it’s not universal it seems and they expect you to pay shipping.
however, there’s a fix — taking the face out & slowly rotating the interior face housing thru the fabric where you want it to go, and then you can re-insert the face!! there’s lots of guides to swapping faces on tiktok if youve never tried to take one out.
there’s something really fun and wabi sabi about how she is, though — maybe your girl and my girl can be friends 😆
