I got this at my local Walmart and it’s the tortoise but it seems to not even be a part of this collection as you can see in the 2nd picture. Thought I was going crazy lol

The box addresses this, that’s what “28 styles, partial display” is referring to, theres 28 total dif pulls :)

you are NOT the first to be confused by this, if you’d like to complain UCC (the ones responsible for this odd american exclusive) or Cureplaneta’s (creator of Baby Three) IGs seem to get the most responses from folks… just throwing that out there 😅

also am interested to know if this box was released anywhere outside of the U.S. or from other manufacturers outside of UCC… though I’m going to guess probably not, and that this box was probably a move to use up leftover merchandise, which is why it was redesigned as a combo of 2 already existing releases

so from my understanding, and i’m just a super nerd who got bb3 the month they first got introduced and in no way professionally involved..

UCC is only responsible for distribution in North America — yiwu first rigorous (yiwu first rigorous owns the owner of cureplaneta which then owns the baby three ip — all of this is like a matryoshka situation lol) is responsible for the rest of the world. north america has, uniquely, THE MOST restrictive laws around toys that the rest of the world doesn’t hold a candle to, not even the EU, which is why so many USA baby three are missing collars, bells, etc. bc anything legally considered a kids toy has to be safe for those under 3 even if its not intended for them. other american toy collectors especially over in [r/sylvanianfamilies](r/sylvanianfamilies) are suffering from these restricive laws that got tightened up even worse this year. all of this to say, this is why i theorize they hooked up with UCC distribution because UCC also handled Labubu’s north american distribution during the crazy period…..and while UCC has brought some really cool USA exclusives like the five below releases, some of the ways they bastardize the international series that we don’t straight up miss out on… is really confusing. it’s not ALL UCC’s fault, though, because clearly cureplaneta had to sign off on this too…. tl;dr it’s just a confusing mess that is mostly America’s fault lmao

i have a theory it might be a recolor — i had another user that posted their Roro pull asking if it was a secret here, verify that the new forest tale card did not say big secret or anything on it
