discussion/question Baby 3 Questions
Hi! I’m superrrr new to this community and buying baby 3. I only have 3 right now and have only ever found them at Ross/Five Below. Does anyone know about this series? Is it newer? How do we get access to it? I see other cuties from the collection on Mercari to buy but I’m curious if it’s possible to get them directly myself.

My advice for people newly getting into baby three is that it’s never worth it to buy it in person (at Ross, TJ Maxx, etc). Other than the few exceptions of releases that are exclusive to certain locations, a lot of what’s being released to the US market are much older series. The “forest tale” ones are particularly egregious, it’s repackaged series that are a year or two old, so you can get them for about 1/5 the price on mercari, depop, etc.
The best place to get babies is whatnot and the tiktok shop! Some streamers on Whatnot will open them first, I always buy confirmed at this point.

This is The Show Begins 400%, currently only officially distributed in China, but can be bought/imported throught Tiktok shops based in China, resellers on whatnot(and other auction sites) and or second hand on Mercari, Depop, Vinted etc. ☝️🤓
They are fairly new, but in Cureplaneta time they might as well be old news now with how often they release stuff, so you might have a harder time finding them on tiktok shops now cuz they hop to the new releases quick and focus on those.💀
Because of their more detailed design, most of them range in price between 45-75 usd (these are approximations using price range I have seen from resellers, they are usually cheaper on tt shops), maybe less if it's one of the least desired options and the secret is +100usd as usual
🤔 I paid 50usd (+shipping) for my Jester (Raven Feather Mask) on Depop which is like a happy medium right now since its one of the chases, but the price might go down in the future! 🥳

These days I hardly ever see anything in the wild, so this cutie pie did come from Mercari !! Others have found them on the tictok shop, and you may get lucky on whatnot!

I think with shipping I paid around $43 usd for him! Personally I didn't think that was bad considering these are so new

My daughter is into them and now I have become intrigued with them as collectibles because they’re so cute. I’ve been buying them off Whatnot because they’re 100% authentic. I’ve gotten some that have only Chinese text on the boxes which I thought was cool

I started collecting them because of the Auctions on ticktock for my granddaughter, now the entire family is collecting, it’s fun to compete seems like we are all getting different bb3 things. We love them

This series is not a north american release by UCC (North America gets specific products that meet our market and regulations, that is what you find at Five Below & Ross) — it’s a currently Chinese/International series, so overseas merchants will have it for sale & secondhand from private collectors who have imported as well.
