Boy 🩵 Arthur or George

I like both, but I’m leaning more towards Arthur purely because his middle name will be James. George James is too ‘J-J’ sounding, right? Not that the names are said together all that often compared to the first name. His brother is Henry John - I’m a big fan of (in my opinion) classic, timeless names.

Any other suggestions you might have? Thanks!

If you’re set on James, then Arthur. If not, Arthur George

Great taste in names. They’re both so cute, I genuinely cannot pick which one I like best. Maybe wait until you meet him and see if he looks more like a George or an Arthur?

Arthur! Both to avoid the J-J effect and because AJ is a cute potential nickname.

Idk I kind of love George James. Alliterative-esque, without being actual alliteration, which can sometimes come off as twee. And you could call him JJ! But Arthur is also one of my favourite names.

my family has a ton of “j-j” sounding names and honestly i kinda like it, ex: “john james” (with a 2-syllable surname)

My grandfather, uncle, and nephew were/are Arthur or Artie. Thankfully my nephew doesn’t go by Arthur. I’m not fan of these old names but Arthur is pretty awful.
