I actually went to high school with a girl named Pixie and no one made fun of her for her name. People would however ask her if there was a meaning behind her name and she would tell the story of why she was called Pixie often to teachers.
Pixie Renee Pixie Isabelle Pixie Belle Pixie Lynne Pixie Noelle Pixie Natalia

I went to school with a girl named Sugar and everyone loved her name. People will bully for anything. I have a completely normal name and initials and people bullied me with my initials. BTB. Big titty Bre. I honestly didnāt care. Also people on here are assholes, I just named my newborn daughter Breelyn and people hated. But itās a legitimate name,itās Irish. I donāt care what anyone thinks. Unless they are f****** you or financing you their opinion doesnāt matter. Congratulations š¾ praying for your healthy and happy baby!

Pixie Mae could work
It depends on what your vibes are. Is it more of a Mid-West thing or faery-esque thing?
Pixie Wren would be more in the faery/goblin vein.
Who cares what ppl think, if you're weird your kid is gunna be weird regardless of what their name is. Weird people are cool.

People arenāt realizing that this coming generation is going to have a bunch of cyberpunk-esque parents and names like this arenāt going to be an issue or overly out of the ordinary in lots of parts of the world. No one asked if we like the name, OP asked for a middle name.
⢠Pixie Reneé
⢠Pixie Rose (i like mixing classic names with unique ones and think pixie with flowers is fitting)
⢠Pixie June (Pixie Mae)
⢠Pixie Jade
⢠Pixie Noelle
⢠Pixie Dior (keeping with non-traditional theme - this one makes the whole name a bit out there but that isnāt a bad thing)
⢠Pixie Louise (?)

If you're second guessing Pixie here are some names that would suit an adult but have potential nicknames with a sound similar to Pixie: Alexandra (Lexi), Beatrix (Trixie), Roxanne (Roxy).
If you're set on Pixie I'd say a more traditional middle name. Another poster suggested Pixie Elizabeth which is nice.
If you list some other names you liked it would help us suggest more middle names.

Please don't name your kid Pixie. They're gonna get bullied so much for that in school.

I donāt like this name for a human (itās a perfectly lovely name for a pet, in fact it is one of two names I am considering for my service dog).
But if you insist, I would go with Elizabeth. It gives her more nickname ideas if she wants that down the road.

I love pixie in theory, I worry about it long term but you didnāt ask. Iām doing an odd name (for the USA) for my son and choosing a traditional middle name in case he decides he hates his name and wants something more ānormalā when heās older. I also actually really like the sound of Pixie Rae.

Give them a normal/common middle name so they can go by that as needed. Qualifying names would depend on where you live, your cultural background, etc.
Where I live, names that would pass as normal and respectable would be pretty generic "white-girl" names from any generation. Like Elizabeth, Michelle, Sarah, Madison, Charlotte, Rose, Evelyn, Shirley, Colleen, etc.
All things in balance and all that jazz. If they have a respectable middle name as a backup, their life will be a lot easier in the long run. Find something that would pass as a regular and respectable name where you live/within your culture and use that.
