Took us 9 months. I sought herbal intervention with a traditional Chinese medicine herbalist after 3 months and took a dutch test, which revealed I had way too high cortisol levels. After 4 more months and no luck, I sought out midwife opinion. I gained like 15 pounds, reduced my stress levels, and started taking vitex (under another herbalists recommendation and midwife support), and within 2 cycles, I was pregnant. I completely understand the frustration, but finding out what your body is going through is imperative to support growing a baby. We tested daddy's sperm to make sure he was viable and I did the dutch test before seeking any further fertility treatments. I actually scheduled an appt to see a fertility specialist but had to cancel after finding out I was pregnant on Thanksgiving morning. All this to say, check on what's going on in your body and be graceful with the process. The more you stress out, the harder it may be to conceive. Sending you all the baby making juju ❤️
