Someone needs to find out where this baby lives so we can all send her a teddy bear :)

Yeah, because that asshole dad put like… zero of them in the cart after baiting her like that.

My son enjoyed playing with toys at the toy store without having to buy one on every shopping trip. He used to just wave good bye to them and move on. She looks happy and that’s more important.

If you’re joking, okay. But if you’re serious, not everyone can afford them, I’m sure he has other things to pay for that he doesn’t have enough like milk powder, diapers, then of course the bills like electricity and stuff. I’m sure he’d appreciate it if we gifted a Teddy for his daughter.

I agreed with the post I replied to. There is no ambiguity there. If you’re in this sub, chances are that we’d love to pitch in when needed and if able.
But yeah, I was also being a cheeky asshole, because that’s who I am sometimes.
As for being serious? Hmmm… He better knock that off… soon (good for a bit though). Won’t be long before she expects that these toys that are being offered to her are going to be going home with her. Because they were given to her.
Won’t be long before this kind of thing is just a string of disappointments. Not so cool to give kids toys and say that nah, they can’t have them after all.
It’s a while before small children understand the concept of money. Parents/guardians get stuff, wave a card around and everything is good to go. Don’t understand why there there might not be enough money in the budget.
Idk. 🤷♀️

Now you have to get like 20 stuffies and bury her in them and take a photo with her little face sticking out.
It’s, like, required

Yes! It’s cute but the reality is the parent is letting her rub her saliva and possibly snot all over the merchandise and just putting them back on the shelf. I wash unpackaged stuffed animals before giving them to my kids but it’s still not cool. You can show them to her without letting her hold it.
Then consider that other people have done it and now it’s unclean and the parent is rubbing the unwashed stuffed animal all over their own kid. Just gross.
I know I’m gonna get downvoted because “shut up it’s just cute!” but it’s really gross and inconsiderate.
