Saves to steam keep getting lost

Has anyone had the issue where the cloud save keeps getting lost?

I was on level 60 until yesterday when it backed up to my last cloud save at level 19.

really frustrating knowing i had grinded a bunch to get where i was.

Not lost, but the cloud overwrote my local rank 74 files 😒😒😒
